Pearl Villa Stage 1, upon completion, will consist of 12 houses, a swimming pool, and an office. The project is built to a high standard and quality in a Thai/Scandinavian style. All houses have their terrace facing the pool (19 x 6 meters with an adjoining children’s pool). The majority of the houses are 101 square meters, including the terrace (see the Planning tab).
Five houses are currently finished and occupied, along with the office and the bar located on the premises.
